Each state has a High Schools landing page. Here is the example for the state of Florida:

The landing page allows you to search for schools within that state.
Accessing your School's Admin Area:
To access your High School's admin area, click Sign In and input your USTA sign in details.
As an admin, it would be helpful to bookmark your State landing page as well as your High School Homepage.
Administrator Roles:
Team Coordinator Lead: Invited by State Admin and claims the school. Ability to remove LEAD in addition to all abilities below.
Team Coordinator: Access to add Teams, invite players, create matches and lineups, create tournaments, enter scores

Do I need to be Safe Play approved to use Serve Tennis for High Schools?
A: No, all school staff have to meet safe guarding procedures and checks for the schools. Additional Safe Play training is not required.
