To cancel a court booking from your admin area, head to your court booking module.
Use the filters to help locate the court booking.
Once you have found the booking, click anywhere along the row of the booking, the details will then be displayed:
Select 'Cancel court booking':
If it's a recurring court booking, you are able to decide to cancel all dates across all courts or the selected courts and date.
An email notification will be sent to the contact whose court booking has been cancelled (if the box is checked). There is pre-loaded text in the email but you have the options of writing a more detailed explanation in the 'Notification email text' box.
To Bulk Cancel Bookings:
Go to the court booking module on the left side of the admin area.
Input the desired dates in the top field and click 'UPDATE'
Please note: If you select all (the top check box) this will delete ALL bookings, you will need to make sure that the filters you are selecting are correct (i.e. 5th November to December 2nd, not the entire year).
Select the dates that you wish to cancel, click the trash icon on the top left.
An overlay will appear, click the box to confirm cancelations and click 'cancel bookings'.
The bookings will now appear within your 'Cancelled' tab and any refunds will be given.
