To manually add a player to a program, start from your Programming module.
Select the program of the course that you wish to add the player:
Then click on the course you would like to add the player to and ‘Add Participant’:
If it is a junior course then you will firstly need to enter the Parent / Guardian details.
If the participant is an existing contact, then when you enter their name or email address their details will appear. If they are not saved within your contact records then you can select 'New Contact'.
You now need to enter the junior players details.
You can select if you would like to send them a booking confirmation email:
The player will now appear in the participant summary:
