You can record a cash payment from within the admin area for your event.
Once logged into your account, select the 'Programming' module from the left of your screen.
On the Programs tab, choose a Program, in this case we will use: 'USTA Team Challenge' program:
Now select the event that you would like to record the payment against:
Select the session:
The following screen will be a list of names that have registered for the event, there are 4 tabs, you can see 'Active', 'Paid', 'Not Paid' and 'Cancelled'.
Select the player that you would like to record the payment against, the following screen will be the junior player details:
Select 'Edit payment', enter the amount, select the payment type and select 'Save':
When viewing your participant summary, the player will now also appear under the 'Paid' tab.
