Once you have added participants to your lessons, you can now send them a payment request.
Select your Programming module and 'Lessons' in the top menu:
Select the correct lesson category:
The following screen will be a list of lessons you have created within the category. Select the correct lesson, this will give you a list of participants for that lesson.
The participant listing is split into 4 headings:
Active - this will show all players that are currently 'Active', regardless of their payment status.
Paid - will list all players that have paid.
Not Paid - this will provide details of all players that haven't yet paid.
Cancelled - details of any players that have cancelled will show here.
You can select the tick box next to the participants record or you can select all by placing a tick in the small box next to the 'First name' heading. Once you have selected the participants that you are sending a payment request to, you will now be able to select the '$' symbol:
The following overlay that will appear, gives you a preview of the email that will be sent to the participants.
You can edit the subject line and there is also the option to enter text within the box under the name, the main body of the email however is automatic and cannot be edited:
When sending payment requests / emails to junior players, this will automatically be sent to the parent / guardian assigned to that account.
Once the email has been sent you will see the following message:
