Parents/Players can remove their coach connections. Please follow the steps below if you're using an Android device. Apple users can click here for instructions.
Sign in to your Net Generation account through the app.
Select the Player experience type.
Note: This page will appear if they completed the Provider Safe Play registration.
Select the Player.
Note: This page will appear if multiple children are linked to the account.
Select the Player icon on the top left corner.
Click My Connections.
Click the pencil icon by the Coach's name.
Click Remove Connection.
Once these steps have been completed, the Player and Coach disconnection will be done. To connect a Player and Coach, please refer to How to Connect with a Coach through the Net Generation App.
