Coaches will add players from their team rosters to a High School Tournament within Serve Tennis prior to Player Selections.
*It is advised that Coaches add only one player at this stage and add more following this method once in Tournament Desk: Adding players from a Team Roster to Tournament Desk- High School Tournament
- From the Tournaments Module in the High School's Serve Tennis Account, click into the tournament.
- Go to the Player's tab and choose the event to add players to from the drop-down
- Select Add Players from Team
- Enter the school name and click Search. Players from that teams roster will be listed.
- Tick on to send player's an email confirmation.
- Select all players to add by ticking the box. NOTE: You will be able to add more players from the Roster once in Tournament Desk but you will need to add at least 1 player per events to proceed with Player Selections and launch Tournament Desk. Guide attached below.
- Click Add Player on the bottom of the page.
- Next, you will complete Team Tournament Player Selections
- Once Tournament Desk is launched, players/teams can still be added as needed. See Adding players from a Team Roster to Tournament Desk- High School Tournament
