Once you have created the teams you wish to play with and invited the players to the roster (you can add players later too).
VERY IMPORTANT - look at your current match schedule - check for opponents who have already scheduled matches against your team. This will avoid having duplicate matches entered on the schedule (one can easily be deleted if this happens).
- In the Teams Tab - select the Team you wish to schedule the matches for by selecting the Team. i.e. Girls Varsity in this case.
- Select the season you would like to display from the drop down
- You will then click on Create Matches - select create Dual Match
- Enter a Match Date
- Enter Match time or select no time set
- Choose opposing school and team
- Choose from 6 different match scoring formats that are pre-set for you to pick from. These were developed through interviews with state admins and coaches. More can be built if needed. You must pick one of these to complete the scheduling of your match. They can be adjusted before or during the match at the overall team match level or on an individual match level.
- If your facility has access to a live video link or live scoring, this is where you would add the link, so players and parents can select the link from the overview page.
- Once scheduled you can then add the players from the roster. See High Schools- Score Entry for steps.
- The match will then appear in your schedule. Conference matches will be marked with CONF in grey, see below.
- To delete a scheduled match - click on the pencil (edit) and then select delete.
