To Schedule Team Matches from the Scorecard:
Go to your Team schedule page.
Find the tournament or conference dual match you want to schedule and click it to open the scorecard.
At the bottom of the scorecard, click Schedule team match.
Choose the start date and time.
Select the facility where the match will be held. (Note: The list shows the facilities assigned to that tournament).
Click Save schedule.
The match time will update in the tournament draws in Tournament Desk.
If the tournament is published, the time will also appear on the public web page (though the facility is hidden from the public view).
Please note:
The "Schedule team match" link only appears on tournament and conference matches. It won't show for regular dual matches you create yourself.
Setting the team match time doesn't change the time or location of the individual singles and doubles matches inside it. You can still update each of those separately.
Adding a new facility isn't available from this screen yet. If you need a location that isn't in the list, you will need to contact the tournament director.
