Beginning May 11, 2021, a change was put in place that only allows the following roles to access your Tournament Desk. This has been put in place to ensure that only those with the correct permissions can perform tasks on Tournament Desk.
Access to the Tournament Desk will be allowed by the following roles and responsibilities:
- Serve Control staff (section and district staff)
- Super administrator and administrator of the Serve Tennis organization
- Tournament Administrator of the Serve Tennis Organization
- Tournament named Referee
- Named tournament director listed on the tournament
All of the above have full access and rights to make changes, create draws and enter scores.
If you need to add additional staff to have access to the Tournament Desk you will do this by adding them as a Tournament Assistant. They will be able to do all of the above except they will not be able to create draws, delete draws or add players. The role of the Tournament Assistant grants visibility of Tournament Desk to assist with scheduling and entering scores on the day. To add a Tournament Assistant, please follow the instructions below.
