The US Open is happy to announce a Virtual Queue for general admission access to Louis Armstrong stadium. Below you can find all the information regarding our Virtual Queue and how to increase your odds of gaining entry to the stadium.
What is the Virtual Queue and How Does it Work?
The Virtual Queue is designed to give fans a fair chance to gain entry into Louis Armstrong Stadium for some of the most spectacular matches during the tournament. To provide fans with more time to explore the US Open grounds, the virtual queue places you in line for entry into the Louis Armstrong Queue Tent. Gaining access into the tent gives you the highest probability of making it into the stadium.
How Do I Join the Queue?
- Locate one of our US Open Guest Services staff members holding our Virtual Queue QR Code signs
- Scan the QR code and follow the prompts to join the queue
- You will then receive a confirmation text or email confirming you and your party has made it on to the waitlist
- Please note the largest party size that can join the queue with one scan is 4 Fans.
I Joined the Queue, What Happens Next?
Great! You are now in the queue to join the line for admission to Louis Armstrong Stadium
While you wait in the queue, you can explore the US Open grounds and enjoy other matches. We'll send you a text when it's your turn.
I Received a Notification Alerting Me its My Turn. What Now?
Now that you have received the message alerting you its your turn, you'll need to head back to the Louis Armstrong Queue Tent. You will have 15 minutes to return before your reservation is automatically cancelled. Once you arrive at the tent, you'll need to check in with the hostess and be guided into the tent.
What Can I Do if I am Running Late to my Reservation?
Once it is your turn to join the queue, the option to view your status is given to you on your new alert. If you are running late you can click the view my status option, and then select the option that says, I’m running late. This will allot another 5 minutes for you and party member to return back to the tent.
I'd Like to Cancel my Reservation?
If you wish to cancel your reservation, you can do so at any point by simply pulling up your confirmation email or text message and selecting the cancel option.
