As a USTA Adult or Senior Member, you have access to the auto-renew feature to conveniently manage your Membership. Below is a collection of frequently asked questions and answers for your convenience.
Q. How does the membership auto-renewal work?
When enabled, the auto-renew will extend your current membership for an additional term from the expiration date. This is only available for Adult and Senior 1 year membership plans.
Members receive a reminder email about the upcoming auto-renewal charge 5 weeks prior to the expiration date of their plan. After the reminder is sent, the system will try to process a charge for the renewal. The charge is applied to the member's card in the wallet of their USTA account.
If the payment transaction fails, an email notification is sent and the system will turn off the auto-renew option.
Q. Can I turn the membership auto-renew option off?
Yes. The auto-renew option is managed from the Membership tab of your USTA account. Click here for instructions.
