On the first day of every month, the USTA Flex app matches players with a new hitting partner based on location and level. If a match cannot be made, you will remain in the program and be prioritized for the next monthly matching.
After a match is made, both players will receive an email and notification, and will see their new hitting partner in the app (it appears as an upcoming match). Players should reach out through the in-app chat to coordinate their hit.
Players will receive a new hitting partner the following month, as long as they remain registered in the program.

Important Note
The USTA Flex Hitting Partner Program is temporarily paused while we make improvements based on player feedback, with plans to relaunch later this year.
Players who were expecting a new hitting partner on September 1 will not receive a match and have automatically been moved to the waitlist. They received an email about this on August 28th. No action is required from players; they will be notified when the updated program is ready to relaunch. Players were not charged for the month of September, and will not be charged anything unless they rejoin the program.
