Smart Technology integration which is bringing Live Streaming and Electronic Line Calling partner capabilities directly into the Serve Tennis platform. This will provide seamless and consistent experience for Tournament Directors, Players, and Spectators when finding, managing, and accessing tournaments with Smart Technology features — regardless of provider.
Tournament Directors can turn on Smart Technology toggles within their tournament settings to indicate whether their venue supports Live Streaming or Electronic Line Calling. Players will be able to search for tournaments with live streaming and electronic line calling technologies
How a Tournament Director enables Smart Technology settings
- Go to your Tournament on the admin side of Serve Tennis
- Click the Settings Tab
- Go to the Smart Technology Features Section
- Enable the features that will be available for your tournament
New icons will be displayed in your tournament's public webpage header, clearly communicating your Smart Technology offerings to players, parents, and spectators — supporting tournament promotion and registration.
How players search for Smart Technology tournaments
