How to Link an Organization to Your USTA Account
- Visit USTA.com and click SIGN IN.

Sign in to your USTA Account.
- Choose one of the sign-in options, input your credentials, and sign in.
- If you need help with signing in, please refer to the USTA Account Troubleshooting Tips.

Access the Business Tab.
- Once you are logged in, click on the User Icon on the top right-hand corner.
- Click on Business from the drop-down menu. This will bring you to the Business tab.

Click on ADD AN ORGANIZATION
- On the business page, you will see any organizations already linked to your account.
- In order to add an organization you must first verify your email and phone number for security purposes.
- To get started with the verification process and to link a new Organization, click on ADD AN ORGANIZATION.

Start the email verification.
- Click VERIFY.

IMPORTANT - Do Not Close the Verify Your Email Page.
- The screen will update to request the verification code as shown below.
- Leave this screen open.
- Check your email for the code by using a different window/tab in your browser or another device.

Retrieve the password reset code.
- Look for a message from noreply@accounts.usta.com with the Subject line: USTA Organization Email Verification
- This email may take a few minutes to be received.

If you haven't received the email after a few minutes, please try the following:
- Check the Spam/Junk folder of your mailbox.
- Search for a message from noreply@accounts.usta.com
- Search for a message with the subject 'USTA Organization Email Verification'.
- Try clicking RESEND CODE on the verification page.

Verify your email address.
- Return to the same screen as shown before and enter the code.
- Click VERIFY.

Add your mobile number.
- If you haven't verified a mobile number on your USTA account, the system will prompt you to add a mobile number.
- Once you've added the mobile number, check the box to agree to the USTA Terms of Use and Privacy policy and click UPDATE.

Start the phone number verification.
- Click VERIFY.

IMPORTANT - Do Not Close the Verify Your Phone Number page.
- The screen will update to request a verification code as shown below.
- Leave this screen open.
- Check your phone for an SMS message with the code.

Retrieve the verification code.
- A message from +1 (386) 465-3115 will be sent to the phone number you provided with a code as shown below.
- This SMS may take a minute to be received.
- If you haven't received the SMS after a few minutes, try clicking RESEND CODE on the verification page.

Verify your mobile number.
- Return to the same screen as shown before and enter the code.
- Click VERIFY.

Select the Partner type.
- Once you've verified both your email address and mobile number you can begin adding an Organization.

Select either USTA Organization or Individual Tennis Professional.
- Please note that the Individual Tennis Professional organization type is not allowed to host a sanctioned USTA Tournament as defined by the Bylaws of the United States Tennis Association.
- If you would like to host a sanctioned tournament please choose from the USTA Organization type at the top of the page.

Select the Organization type.
- If you've selected USTA Organization as your Partner type you must also select your organization type.

Search for the organization by name or zip code.
- Once you select your Partner type and Organization type, you can search for the Organization by Name or zip code.
- If you can't find the organization, click 'Can't find your organization? Add an organization here' which will allow you to add in the details for the organization.

Link your account to the organization.
- Review the Terms and Conditions, click on the checkbox, and then click the LINK button.

Add the Affiliated Facility/Tennis Courts.
- After clicking on the LINK button, you can optionally search for the facility/courts associated with the Organization, and click on SAVE AND CONTINUE to connect them.

The organization and associated facilities should now be visible on the Business Page.

Troubleshooting Tips

If you are receiving the below error message while trying to link an Organization to your USTA Account, please follow these instructions to determine your next steps.
- If the Admin listed in the error message is a known person in the organization, then the organization is already active on USTA.
- If you should be the Admin for this organization, please contact orgrenewalhelp@usta.com and request they add you as the Admin.
- If you want to be added as an administrator for the organization in Serve Tennis, request the Admin to add you as an administrator on the organization's Serve Tennis account.

- If the person listed as the current admin is no longer part of the Organization, please reach out to orgrenewalhelp@usta.com for assistance.
- If the Admin listed in the error message is a known person in the organization, then the organization is already active on USTA.
