You can manage much of the personal information on your USTA account online! Review Your Information
It's important to confirm your information is current on your USTA account. Here's how you can check your details if you know your login credentials.
- Visit USTA.com and click SIGN IN.

Sign in to your USTA Account.
- Choose one of the sign-in options, input your credentials, and sign in.
- If you need help with signing in, please refer to the USTA Account Troubleshooting Tips.

Access the Account tab.
- Once you are logged in, click on the User Icon on the top right-hand corner.
- Click on Account from the drop-down menu. This will bring you to the Account tab.
- From the Account tab, you can view your USTA number and update your personal information. Scroll down on the page to view the options.
Mailing Address
You can update the mailing address on your account. Sign in to your USTA account and follow the steps below.

Access the Account tab.
- Once you are logged in, click on the User Icon on the top right-hand corner.
- Click on Account from the drop-down menu. This will bring you to the Account tab.

Update your Mailing Address.
- Scroll down to the Preferred Mailing Address section. Here you can view and update the address on your account.
- Click SAVE further down on the page to save the changes.

Future mail will be sent to the new address.

Email Address
You can update the email address on your account which is used for email notifications and log in. Sign in to your USTA account and follow the steps below.

Access the Account tab.
- Once you are logged in, click on the User Icon on the top right-hand corner.
- Click on Account from the drop-down menu. This will bring you to the Account tab.
Update your Email Address.

Scroll down to the Security and Login section. Here you can view and update the email address and password on your account.
- If you wish to update your password, please follow the steps in this article.

Complete the required fields with a unique email address.
- If you didn't enter a unique email, the system will detect that it's already connected to another account.
- Click UPDATE and KEEP THE PAGE OPEN.

Scroll down to the Security and Login section. Here you can view and update the email address and password on your account.

IMPORTANT - Do Not Close The Account Page.
- The screen will update to request a verification code as shown below.
- Leave this screen open.
- Check your email for the code by using a different window/tab in your browser or another device.

Retrieve the verification code.
- Look for a message from noreply@accounts.usta.com with the Subject line: USTA Reset Email.
- This email may take a few minutes to be received.

If you haven't received the email after a few minutes, please try the following:
- Check the Spam/Junk folder of your mailbox.
- Search for a message from noreply@accounts.usta.com.
- Search for a message with the subject 'USTA Reset Email'.

Verify your email address.
- Return to the same screen as shown before and enter the code.

Click VERIFY.
- If your change was successful, your account is automatically updated and you are signed out for security reasons.
- Going forward, use the new email address to sign in.
- USTA email correspondence will also be sent to the updated address. If you would like to adjust your email notifications click here for instructions.

Log back in using your updated credentials.
- The system will prompt you to sign in.
- Sign in using your new email address and password.

Review your updated email address.
- Return to the account tab and scroll down to the Security and Login section.
- You should see that your email address has been verified.
Mobile Phone Number
You can update the mobile phone number on your account. Sign in to your USTA account and follow the steps below.

Access the Account tab.
- Once you are logged in, click on the User Icon on the top right-hand corner.
- Click on Account from the drop-down menu. This will bring you to the Account tab.

Update your mobile number.

Scroll down to the Security and Login section. Here you can view and update the mobile number and password on your account.
- If you wish to update your password, please follow the steps in this article.

Complete the required fields with a unique phone number, check the terms & conditions, and click UPDATE.
- If you didn't enter a unique phone number, the system will detect that it's already connected to another account.
- Click UPDATE AND KEEP THE PAGE OPEN.

Scroll down to the Security and Login section. Here you can view and update the mobile number and password on your account.

IMPORTANT - Do Not Close The Account Page.
- The screen will update to request a verification code as shown below.
- Leave this screen open.
- Check your phone for an SMS message with the code.

Retrieve the verification code.
- Look for a text message as shown below.
- This SMS may take a few minutes to be received.

Verify your mobile number.
- Return to the same screen as shown before and enter the code.
- Click VERIFY.
- If your change was successful, your account is automatically updated and you are signed out for security reasons.
- Going forward, use the phone number to sign in.
- USTA correspondence will also be sent to the updated mobile number.

Log back in using your updated credentials.
- The system will prompt you to sign in.

Sign in using your new mobile number and password.
- Please make sure to use the proper phone number format +1XXXXXXXXXX

Review your updated mobile number.
- Return to the account tab and scroll down to the Security and Login section.
- You should see that your mobile number has been verified.
Name, Gender, Nationality Declaration or Date of Birth
If the name, gender, nationality declaration or date of birth on your USTA account is inaccurate, please contact USTA Customer Care.
