The final published National Standings List of the year that includes results from all tournaments played between January 1 and December 31 of that year will be used to create both the Adult & Junior Letter Division Eligibility Lists.
This List will be used to determine the annual Wheelchair Tennis Eligibility Lists for all Divisions:
- Coed A
- Coed B
- Coed C
- Coed D
- 18 & Under A
- 18 & Under B
On January 17th of each year, Preliminary Letter Division Eligibility Lists will be published on USTA.com, therefore opening the Appeals Process.
ALL player appeals relating to their rating on an Eligibility List must follow the protocol listed below:
- Appeals MUST be made in writing, using certified first-class mail, sent to: "Wheelchair Letter Division Appeals Subcommittee c/o USTA Adult Tennis Department, USTA National Campus 10000 USTA Boulevard, Orlando, Florida 32827"
- The appeal MUST include a statement as to why the player is filing an appeal
- Appeals MUST be postmarked NO LATER THAN January 27
ALL appeals will be ruled on by the Wheelchair Letter Division Appeals Subcommittee.
By February 5, ALL appeals will be determined and the Final Annual Wheelchair Tennis Eligibility List will be published.
Any appeals that are received outside of the conditions and dates mentioned above will not be able to be considered.
