You are able to present up to ten consents to your contacts. These consents will be asked the first time a contact uses your website.
The consents follow GDPR compliance and are 'Opt-in'. Consents can be changed by the user when they have created an account, they can log in and access the 'Privacy & Consents' section.
To add consents, first head to your Profile module in the admin area and click on 'Consents' in the top menu bar as shown below:
On the next page, ensure you select 'consents'.
On the next page, you can enter your introduction text which will be displayed before the consent listing.
You can then select 'Add new Consent'
You can create up to ten consents for your contacts to agree by 'opt-in'.
Enter a consent label and description, ensure that you've enabled this consent, as shown below:
Finally, click on the blue 'Save consents'.
Once users have opted in or out of your consents you will not be able to make any amendments to the consent description.
If you need to change a consent then you will need to disable the consent and create a new one.
Once disabled you can delete the consent if you wish to do so.
First select 'Edit':
Where it says 'Enable this consent'
You need to move the tick so the blue then shows grey:
Then select 'Save consents'
The consent will now be disabled and you will now have the option to delete.
