Over time, you may find it is no longer necessary or convenient to receive the system email notifications into your specified Administrator email account from your organization. By default these will be enabled.

Turn off Automated Email Notifications for admins
To "Turn Off" these email notifications, carry out the following steps:
1) In Admin Area, select 'Administrators' module- see the padlock icon on left hand side
2) Click anywhere on the name of the Administrator who would like this function turned off. You will be directed to the individual contact record for that Administrator.
3) Click on 'options' button in the top right corner, then 'Edit contact'.
3) With the editable record of the Administrator open, scroll to the very bottom of the page. Under the 'Receive admin email notifications' section, select the module that you no longer wish to receive notifications for so no tick appears in the box. Tick = you will receive emails for that module.
Note the Programming and Event Modules are slightly different. You can select all or you can select to only receive notifications if you are listed as the coach/contact for that program or event.
For Programming Administration Notifications - You can edit this so coaches that are listed as the coach in the program/course/camp will receive the program booking notification emails instead of all admins with programming admin role. The Receive all is set by default.
Email Notification Emails
If the notification is turned on, the following emails are sent per module to that administrator. If an admin is only a membership administrator for example - they will only get the option of the membership email notifications.
- If a court booking is cancelled outside of the refund window
Note: You will not receive an email notification every time someone makes a court booking, only when someone cancels their court booking outside of the cancelation window.
- New member sign up
- Renewal sign up
- Add-ons purchase (we will be changing this so there is a specific add-ons role)
- If a membership is canceled.
- Course/session sign up
- Holiday camp sign up
- When the course has reached capacity, i.e. full
Events
- Event/session sign up
- When the Event has reached capacity, i.e. full

- Withdrawal Requests - when someone withdraws after registration closes.
