Once you have created your tennis lesson then you can go ahead and start adding your participants.
To navigate to your tennis lesson, select the 'Programming' module from within your admin menu. Then select 'Lessons' which will appear in the top menu.
The following screen will be a list of the tennis categories you have created, select the correct category, you can select an existing category or create a new one.
Once you have selected the category the following screen will be a list of lessons you have created under the category. Select the lesson you wish to add a participant to, in the right corner you will see the option to 'Add participant':
When entering the players details, if they are an existing contact then start typing their name and the contact record should appear for you to select, if they are a new contact then you will need to complete their details.
If you are adding a participant to a junior lesson, then you will firstly need to enter the parent/guardians name and then complete the players details.
Please note, that in order to run junior lessons and advertise on your site, the lesson must have a SafePlay approved coach assigned to the lesson.
Once you have completed the participants details you also have the option to send them a booking confirmation. Now select 'Save', this will take you to the players summary.
