Within Serve Tennis you can have as many administrators that you wish. You can invite administrators to be full admins or admins for certain roles within the organization.
For information to add or remove an administrator please reference this article: How to Add an Administrator to Your Account. The administrator role can be found in the person's contact record.
Click on the contacts module, choose the contact, go to profile options, and then click edit contact. You will find a list, which you can tick. If you created the Serve Tennis account, you are automatically the Super Admin. You can have as many super admins as you wish. To remove a role, you simply untick the box and press save.
NOTE: If you are an administrator you will receive all emails created within Serve Tennis. You can turn off email notifications. See this guide for more information: Turn off Administrator Email Notification
|Administrator Role||Responsibility and Access|
|Super Administrator||The Super administrator role has the same rights as the Administrator role, but it can also revoke Administrator role rights.|
|Administrator||The Administrator role has full rights including managing the facility profile and payment details. Users with this role will automatically inherit all of the module level roles below.|
|Court Booking Administrator||The Court Booking role has access to the court booking module admin pages, can book as an administrator, and has access to the contacts module. They will receive emails related to court bookings and be able to make refunds.|
|Contacts Administrator||The Contacts Administrator only has access to the contacts module.|
|Tournament Administrator||The Tournament Administrator role has the same rights as the Tournament Director role, but it can set up the payment settings, i.e. stripe accounts. (If you are super admin/admin you also have this right). They will have access to the tournament module. They will be able to access all tournaments created within this Serve Tennis account.|
The Programming Administrator role has access to the programming module admin pages, can create, amend, and remove programs and leagues. They will receive emails related to programming and be able to make refunds. They also have access to the contacts module.
Note: Program Booking notifications will now only be sent to the linked coaches listed on a program/course/camp instead of all admins with Programming Administrator Role.
|Website Administrator||The Website Administrator role has access to the website module admin pages, can create, amend, and remove content on the website. They also have access to the contacts module.|
|League Administrator||Is the same as the Programming Administrator but for leagues.|
The tournament director role can create, amend, submit the tournaments at a organization. They will be able to access the tournament desk for the tournament they are listed as TD. If you wish them to have access to other tournaments running at facility, you need to give them tournament administrator rights.
The Discount Administrator role has access to the Discount module where they can create and amend any discounts for Programming and Camps
Note: Referee role - is not an administrator role. They only have access to Tournament Desk after the player selections have been completed. If the referee needs access to the tournament in Serve Tennis, please give them the tournament administrator role.
