Once a season begins, players can start communicating with their opponents through the USTA Flex app. There are three types of chats available:
Individual Player Chats
- One-on-one messaging for scheduling matches
- For doubles matches, all four players will be included in the same chat
Admin Chat
- Automatically created for each active season
- Only admins can post updates; players are unable to respond to those posts
- Each chat is named after the League's name
- Example: Manhattan - Men's Singles

Flight Group Chat
(Available in the Round-Robin Format Only)
- Group chat for all players in a flight
- Useful for general coordination and scheduling
- Chat is named using the League Name and the Flight Name
