The state admin will need to send the School Administrator LEAD an invitation to claim the school. Once the first School Administrator has claimed the school, then they can add additional School Administrators. At the bottom of this page we have some Helpful Tips
The state admin will send an email with a subject line: You've been invited to claim an organization
From that email, you can accept the invite by clicking on the Accept Invite link.
You will then be asked to log in using your USTA log in, if you have not got a USTA log in, then sign in to create one.
Once you have claimed the school - you can add a logo and branding colors.
You will need to agree to the terms and conditions and confirm you have the rights to admin in this school.
Once you have done this, you click Confirm and Claim.
Note: You can go back and change/add the logo and color after you have confirmed and claimed the school. You do this by clicking on the Basic Info tab as below.
Helpful Tips : All transactions for the new HS Tennis System are accessed through a web browser (smartphone, laptop, desktop). There is no App.
Follow these steps to create repeatable access:
Part A. Bookmark your school's HS tennis page on both your computer and phone - follow these sub-steps:
1. https://highschools.usta.com/state/[yourstate]
i.e. Ohio / Texas etc
2. Enter your school name in the search box and your school name should display (type your school name and wait a few seconds, don't hit return). Click on your school when the school name is displayed.
3. Bookmark that page on both your phone and computer laptop/desktop. Make sure you can retrieve it from your favorites/bookmarks. Otherwise, you will need to go through sub-steps 1 and 2 each time you access the system.
Part B. Make sure you can sign in and out to your USTA account on your smartphone. If you have only used your laptop to-date and "saved" your password in the password field, then you will need to make sure you can log in on your smartphone (or vice versa). The smartphone becomes a powerful future tool while at the courts - report scores, create a lineup, adjust scoring formats, etc. However, all functions can be performed "after the fact" on a computer (or phone) if you wish, or if you get stuck.
Part C. Look in the upper right of your school's HS tennis page for a circle with your initials or the word "sign in". If you see "sign in" you must click on that button to sign in and access the system to enter results, etc..
