Q: I forgot to add a player to my roster. How do I add them?
A: You may need to add them or copy them from another roster. If you have already created the match, you should follow the same steps as adding the player, but within the dual match, see High School - Invite a Player to a Team Roster - you may need to refresh the Roster to pull them through.
Q: We have exhibition matches. Will these results count toward the team match score?
A: No. If you selected a match template with exhibition matches, these match results do not count toward the team match score totals.
Q: Our opponents' players are not in the system. How do I add match scores?
A: If your opponents are not in the system, you can only enter the lineup names for the school that is online. The opponents will not be able to enter a lineup. This can be changed after the fact if the opponent school comes online.
Save records of all matches and scores - they can be entered at a later date. You will manually override the score to show which team won.

Q: Some players cannot register for a High School Tournament online. How should they register?
A: High School Tournaments do not have online registration capability. Players are added from team rosters manually by the High School coach/Tournament Director.
Q: How do I search for a High School?
A: Go to your State's landing page and search for your school. A list with links is found here: High School Overview
Q: Will results from USTA High School Tennis matches be shared with UTR ratings?
A: USTA can send results from matches entered into the High School Tennis platform to UTR on a statewide basis. For more information about UTR Ratings, please contact your High School Tennis State Admin.
