If you sign up for a membership, program, camp or court booking within Serve Tennis, you will be able to choose not to receive emails from the organization. If you no longer wish to receive emails from your club, coach or organization, you can unsubscribe from emails sent from the venue. You can re-subscribe or unsubscribe to emails is through your profile, this must be done by you, your organization or customer care won't be able to do this on your behalf.
Please note, you can not unsubscribe from transactional emails, such as payment requests and membership renewals. These will still be sent. The emails that you unsubscribe from will be marketing or informational emails sent from the club, such as newsletters or organization information and/or from court booking and coaching/programs.
Note: These preferences are at organizational level, not USTA level.
To edit your preferences:
- First login into organization with your account with your registered USTA details.
- Select your name in the top right corner, a drop-down menu will appear, then select 'Profile' or if you have multiple names on your account, click on your name.
- On the following screen select 'Your profile', under MY DETAILS and Select 'Your privacy and consents':
- Here check the box to unsubscribe from emails or uncheck it to subscribe.
- The Update my preferences. If you are a parent of player under 13, this will be updated for them as well.
The organization may or may not have additional consents listed, you can do the same as the above for this.
If you unsubscribe, you will not receive any emails from the organization that are not transactional. i.e. If the program is cancelled or there is an update from the coach to all participants, you will not receive the emails. You will receive payment requests, renewal reminders.
