FAQs on court booking:
Q: Why does it say Maximum Bookings Exceeded?
A: Some organizations apply limits as to how many bookings can be made within a set time frame. If you have reached your maximum bookings, then you will see this following screen.
Here you will be able to view your other bookings by clicking on the 'View my court bookings' button and cancel a current booking. Or click on 'Book another court' and select a court further in the future.
Please Note: If you are unable to book the court and you believe you should be able to please check that you are logging in with the same details you registered with the organization.
Q: Why is the court bookings sheet grey out?
A: Organizations can limit how far in advance you can book, i.e. 7 days or 14 days in advance. The court booking sheet will appear greyed out on these days. They will reopen for booking according to these rules.
Q: Why do I see padlocks on the court booking sheet?
A: Organizations can set rules of when their players and members can book. If you are seeing padlocks, this is because you are not logged in. You do not have permission to book these times or you don't have a current membership. If you feel this is incorrect, please reach out to your organization directly to discuss.
