Please be aware that withdrawing from a Flex League will result in forfeiting any un-played matches, and these forfeited matches will not count towards your World Tennis Number (WTN).
If you need to withdraw from a Flex League before the league starts, or you are currently registered in a Ladder-Format Flex League that has already started, you can withdraw yourself following the instructions below:
- Press on your league and the season you registered for.
- Press on the 3 dots in the top right corner.
- Press on the “Withdraw” button and confirm.
If the you are registered in a Round-Robin format Flex League and the league has already started, please contact USTA Customer Care with the following information:
- Your personal information
- USTA Number
- Name
- Phone Number
- Email Address
- The name of your Flex League
- The location of where the Flex League is played (Club/Facility name, and address)
