An Authority Site is a central parent site overseeing multiple linked child venues or locations. On the Authority sites public page, you will see a drop down of linked venues, connecting all locations under one umbrella.

Multi-Site Aggregation for Court Booking Search
This allows users to search for open courts in all of your linked venues, via the Booking tab. Note: Court booking must be enabled for each venue in their admin area for the results to be included in this search.
You can enable the Booking tab in the admin area by going to the Website Module-Booking. Here you can customize the tab, including photos, text, navigation sort order, etc. Once enable, users will be able to search for court bookings on the public site by following the steps below.
- Go to the Booking tab of the Authority site.
- Users will be able to search across the linked venues for available courts
- Choose the Activity, Where (select one or all locations), When, and Duration of the booking.
- Click Search
- Results will display for the parameters chosen for the locations linked and spots available for each one.
