Your Contact Us Page is where you can enter all the necessary information required for members/players to find your venue and get in contact with you. Using the Contact Us form will protect you from having your email address publicly shown on your website.
To enable your Contacts Page - head to the website module and then select the contact page from the top.
Step 1:
Firstly, for your web page to display publicly on your website, you'll need to turn it on in navigation.
Here you'll be able to set where it displays in the navigation bar (navigation sort order) and what it displays as (navigation text).
Step 2:
Here you'll be able to enter your page content, such as a custom header image and any additional information you'd like to share with your website visitors in how/who to get in contact with.
Please Note: For best viewing of this photo we recommend uploading a photo with dimensions of 1400px by 650px.
Step 3:
Next, you'll be able to decide if you'd like a Contact Form to display on your website. We recommend this as it hides the emails of your club/committee to prevent potential spam/hacking and malicious behaviors. Having emails listed on your public pages is not recommended.
You will need to turn the 'show contact us form?' toggle on (as shown in the image above). By enabling the contact us form, you'll be able to enter an email address of your choice where all enquiries will be sent to when someone fills out the form. Administrators will also be able to receive notifications when a form is sent via the Admin Notification settings.
This is how it will display on your Contact Us page:
Step 4:
Next, you'll be able to show the address for your Facility which will link to Google Maps, and you'll also be able to enter in further directions to your venue.
This is how it will display on your Contact Us page:
Step 5:
Here you will be able to create up to 7 sub-pages to display on your Contact page.
Step 6:
In the final section of creating/updating your Contact Page, you'll be able to add in your Search Engine Optimization (SEO). This helps in where/how your website display in search engine results.
Step 7:
Once you are happy with how your webpage is looking and with any changes made, please remember to click the blue 'Save Changes' button at the bottom of the screen.
If you exit the page before clicking this button, all your changes will be lost and you'll need to re-do them again.
