Administrators can apply credits to player accounts for Programming Courses, Camps and Court Booking to be used at that organization for a future payment. These credits can be given in place of a refund or in case of issues like rain delays or cancelled courses.
Admins will be able to give credits to players from the participants tab for Single Sessions, Short Course, Recurring Sessions, Camps and Court Bookings at that Organization. A credit is only for the organization/serve tennis account that the credit was awarded. It can not be used across different Serve Tennis Organizations.
How to Apply Credits
- To apply credits, go to the Programming Tab and select the Program in question. Then select the correct Session.
- If you are applying credits through the Court Booking Tab, you will follow the same steps as below.
- Select the player(s) that require a credit and select "Apply Credit":
- Input a credit amount for Members and Non-Members, an Expiry Date and the reason for the credit.
- Fill out the Email Subject and Message.
- Expiry date- we would recommend you do this, so the credit is not indefinite, however, it is not mandatory. Once the expiry date passes, the credit value will no longer show.
- There are 6 options for the reason for the credit, these include:
- Covid-19
- Illness/Injury
- Insufficient numbers
- Weather, rain, snow, etc.
- Unforeseen circumstances
- Other
- Fill out the Email Subject and Message.
- You can not credit a payment that was not paid online.
- For recurring sessions, it will auto populate the value of a single session. You can edit the cost amount as you wish.
- Applied credits will be available to view in the Discounts Tab in Serve Tennis- then click the Credits tab on the top right of the screen.
- You can cancel credits at any time. If the admin cancels this credit, the person who is assigned the credit will be informed.
