Within Serve Tennis programming module, you will have the option of creating USTA programs or Custom Programs. If you have not created your Serve Tennis account for your organization, you can do so from this link: https://playtennis.usta.com/
The USTA programs are set programs, which will have set restrictions and also benefit from USTA marketing campaigns. All programs created that have the status of public - will appear on the USTA programming tab: https://playtennis.usta.com/Programming
You will see the categories in the programming tab, separated into Junior and Adult sections. In custom categories only, you also have the family category, which should be used if the program is open to all age ranges.

Custom categories - are for creating your own programs. You will have a choice of creating single sessions (a one day event) , a short course (where the player will pay for the full course in one go) or recurring sessions (where the player can select which sessions to book on) within the section Adult, Junior, and Family.
