I am in the process of completing my SafeSport training but it will not let me advance further. How do I move past this screen?
Please be sure you are using a non-mobile device. You may also try clearing the cache and cookies from the web browser you are using. Lastly, the SafeSport course has interactive parts; please make sure you are clicking each thumbnail, as applicable.
I am in the process of completing my SafeSport training, but the training won't launch. How Do I get the training to launch?
Once you click launch, the SafeSport training opens in a new window. Please ensure that your website's pop-up blockers are not prohibiting the training from opening in a new window. Instructions have been provided to check these settings for a few common browsers:

I just completed my Safe Sport training but it is still showing as incomplete. How do I get step 2 to turn green?
It can take the Safe Sport training up to 15 minutes to sync with the USTA system. Once the systems sync, step 2 will turn green/completed.
I can't complete the background check because I receive an error that says my name and/or date of birth can't be validated with the USTA, what can I do?
The last name and date of birth you are using on your background check application must match the information on your USTA account. To check or update the information on your account, please contact USTA Customer Care.
