Submitting your Application
Before starting the background check from Step 3 of the Safe Play process, please make sure you have your Pennsylvania Clearances ready. The system will not let you submit your application without uploading these documents.
When you are directed to NCSI’s secure platform, there will be a reminder at the top of the page as shown below. You will then fill out the application with your information.
Towards the end of the application, there will be another reminder that, since you identified that you live or work/volunteer in the state of Pennsylvania, you are required to upload the clearances. Click Next at the bottom of the screen.
Upload the Clearances to the NCSI system. Once uploaded, click Next to proceed with the application process. Complete the application process.
If you have any questions about the Pennsylvania clearances, please reach out to NCSI at support@ncsisafe.com or USTA Safe Play at safeplay@usta.com.
