Game, Set, Match! As USTA National Tennis Month takes center court this May 2024, prepare to swing into action. Unleash your inner champion and join the nation in celebrating the sport we all love. Whether you're a seasoned player or a curious beginner, this month-long extravaganza has something for everyone. Dive into a world of tennis excitement with thrilling events, exclusive promotions, and a community of fellow tennis enthusiasts.

USTA wants to support you in hosting an event to attract more players to your facility and tennis. You will get the benefit of the National Campaign.

Host a National Tennis Month Event on Serve Tennis

To host an event for National Tennis Month you will need to use the Serve Tennis and the new Events module to host a National Tennis Month event. 

To use Serve Tennis you must be linked to an organization. If you have already onboarded into Serve Tennis you can jump to step 2. 

 

Step 1: If you have not already registered a Serve Tennis account for your organization, you will need to follow these guides to  Link an organization to your USTA account and Activate your organization in Serve Tennis. 

 

Step 2: Within the Serve Tennis admin pages. Go to the Events Module - this is accessed by clicking on the Events Icon on the left-hand side of your page. Suppose you do not see the icon available showing. In that case, you will need to reach out to the super administrator of your organization to check your permissions/role or contact customer care by clicking on the HELP button. 


 

Step 3: You will be able to then choose from three different event types: 

  • USTA National Tennis Month event from May 1- May 31, 2024. You will be able to select the date or dates of your event in May. 

  • Cardio Tennis USTA National Hit to Be Fit event on May 19 2024

  • Custom Category - this is where you can create a bespoke event for your facility, it may be a social event or Open Day for example.  Note: this category will only be available after May 2024.  


Step 4:  To set up your event, see: Create Event


Once your event is created it will appear on the USTA national search in the events tab, next to the programming, tournaments, USTA leagues and camps.  You can also display your events on your Serve Tennis website




The URL is https://playtennis.usta.com/events  First we need you to create your events.
