Player suspensions can be viewed in Serve Control, access is dependent on your role, see Step 5 for access details.
Step 1: Login go to https://servecontrol.usta.com and select the appropriate Section or District from the drop-down box on the top right-hand side.
Step 2: Click the Players icon and chose Active Violations
Step 3: Filters populate by default to the origin of the user logging in. Filters can be adjusted.
Step 4: All staff can view the table below for Suspension Status and Points of a player-

Status: Awaiting Suspension/Suspended
Step 5: To view details of the suspension of a player/action a suspension, click on the player
- Section/District Staff can view details of any player with suspensions, however, they will only have the edit function of a player within their own section.
- Global admin and National admin will be able to view and action the details of suspensions and action suspensions for all players.
- An audit trail is kept of any changes made to a suspension record
