You may need to cancel a Programming Event, to do this you would firstly need to navigate to your 'Programming' module. Select the Program that needs to be cancelled and the following screen will be your events listing.
To the right of the event details select the blue 'Options' then select 'Edit Event'
The following screen will be your event details, if you scroll to the bottom of your page there is the option to cancel the event.
You will then be asked to confirm cancellation. You can also enter a reason why the event has been cancelled, this will then be emailed to participants that have already registered for the event.
When you go back to your event listing page, the cancelled event will not appear. You do have the option to view 'Active Events', 'Completed Events' & 'Cancelled Events'.
