Create Your Coaching Team

To create your coaching team for your Team Challenge event, firstly select the 'Programming' module on the left of your screen. 

Select 'View programs' on the top menu:

Select the 'USTA Team Challenge' program:

Within your Team Challenge checklist you will have the option to create your coaching team, if you select 'Add coaches' the following screen will appear:

Select 'Add coach' in the top right corner of your screen. 

You will now have the option to either add an existing contact to your team or you can add a new contact:

Now select the role you would like to assign to the contact:

The new contact will automatically be sent an email notification and they will be prompted to create an account to accept the invitation. 

If you select 'Existing contact' and start typing the name, their contact record will appear for you to select.
