If you as admin have registered a participant but they have not paid, you can send them a payment request from within the admin area.
Step 1: Firstly navigate to the 'Programming' module, select the Tennis 101 Program category you would like (Adult or Junior)
Step 2: Select the correct event from the list of courses:
Step 3: The next screen will be a program overview showing the details of the program and any participants enrolled. You will also be able to see if a participant has enrolled by looking at the participant details.
Step 4: From this screen, you can use the checkbox to select the player you would like to request payment from. After checking the box of the player you are requesting payment from, click on the '$' that is above the list of players in a circle button.
Step 5: After clicking the '$' button, a new screen will appear. The recipient will be the main contact details used to register the account, the first name and full cost are also automatically picked up from the contact details.
Step 6: You have the option to type in any additional text that you wish to include in the email in the text dialog box above. All other text in the email can not be edited.
Step 7: Once you are finished, click 'send' and the payment request will be sent.
