Once you have created your event you can add a participant from the admin area manually if necessary.
Step 1: Select the Programming module on the left of your screen within the admin.
Step 2: Click on the Tennis 101 category you are looking to add a participant in (Adult or Junior). You will then be presented with an overview of all your active courses for the requested category (you can toggle between: 'active courses' 'completed courses' & 'canceled courses' by using the drop-down option above the course lists).
Step 3: Select the Tennis 101 course you are looking to add a participant in. This will open up further program details. From this screen, select 'add participant' from the right side of the screen.
Step 4: After selecting 'add participant' you will be presented with a screen allowing you to input the details of the participant. The below steps outline adding an ADULT player. The details for entering a Junior player are displayed below the adult guide:
If the participant is an existing contact, click on 'Existing' under 'Contact Type' This will change the screen and allow you to find and add the existing contact, as displayed below:
Once the details have been entered for either a new contact or an existing contact, you will be able to select if you want a confirmation email sent to the participant, confirming the enrollment. You can then select 'save' to complete the enrollment.
Step 5: The next screen will allow you to add a payment to the enrollment you just created. Simply select 'edit payment' and input the payment amount and method, then click 'save'. If no payment has been taken, leave out this step.
To enroll a player into the JUNIOR 101 event follow the steps outlined for the adult players. However, when you select 'add participant' you will be presented with the open to add a parent or guardian details. As for the adult registration, you can select a 'new contact' or an 'existing'
Below the parent or guardian details, you can add in the details of the junior player. Again you can choose 'new contact' or 'existing'
You will then have the option to send an email confirmation to confirm the enrollment. Please note that for Junior registrations, the emails will only be sent to the parent or guardian contact. Then select 'save'
After selecting 'save' you will be presented with the opportunity to document a payment, as outlined above for adult enrollments.
