Administrators can move a player from one programming course to another. This feature is not available on Camps or Events currently.
- Click the Programming Module and choose Programs from the Navigation
- Choose the Course the player is registered for
- From the All Participants tab, select the box of the player or players you wish to move. Click the three dots icon above the Participant's List
- Choose Move Player
- Select the category of the new course
- Choose the course that you wish to add the player(s) to. These are ordered by date, showing the most current one first.
- Select the status for the existing registration
- Cancelled
- Keep same status
- Set as active
- Choose to send the player a confirmation email
- Click Move Player(s)
- The payment status of the new program will be NOT Paid, update this status as needed by clicking on the player within the new program, and clicking edit payment.
Note: Move history will show with the player's details. To view, click on the player within the new program, see Booking History
