In order for the system the recognise your members as 'members' you will need to use our membership module, the membership module has some great features and keeps all your membership details in one place.
If you don't wish to use the membership module to take payments or manage your memberships you will still need to set up membership packages for each category at your club, as explained in this article: Create a Membership Package
Please note: if you do not want to use the membership module for managing your memberships you can still use the court booking sheet but be aware that non-members will be able to book and view the booking sheet and you need to set the schedule up so 'everyone' can book and everyone can view.
To create the court booking sheet so it available for club members only:
First step is to create the membership packages so the system can know who are active members.
Then import the members, you can do this manually or via a spreadsheet to bulk upload.
You will need to fill out spreadsheets for each category (adult/junior and groups) with your members information (the templates are available to download when you create the package and you can also see them in the help guides) - you can fill this out as much or as little as you like. Just remember to leave the fields blank - do not remove them as you will get an error message if you do this.
See the articles below to help you with this, there are separate spreadsheets for adult, junior and group members (they only vary slightly for example with junior members you will need to enter a parent/ guardian for the junior):
Please note: If you don't want to use the system for payment and want all members to go in as 'active', fill out the 'cost' and 'paid' column and they will automatically go in as paid and active. This is important because if you don't do this at the point you upload the data, you will need to individually update each record.
You can then send them a invite to register with the system, this will send them an email with details of how to register and then they will be able to book courts:
The next step is to set up you booking rules and schedules: Further details are in these guides:
Creating a Court Booking Schedule
