Coach Administration can cancel individual camp sessions from a program and issue credits, refunds; or refund registrants for the entire session.

Canceling Individual Camp Sessions for Players
If a players signs up for one week of camp, you can cancel and refund/apply credit for individual sessions from that week.
- Navigate to your 'Programming' module in the admin area of your venue
- Click Camps from the menu on the left side.
- Select the camp from your list of camps where you would like to cancel sessions.
- Click into the player and click the Sessions tab.
- Click the three dots next the Session and click Remove Session
- Choose how you would like to reimburse.
- Refund- the whole amount will be refunded if the player paid online.
- Credit-
- Input the credit amount
- Enter the Expiry date
- Input a message to be sent to the player
- Select the reason

- Don't reimburse
- Once canceled, the refund status will be noted as Refunded or Credit in the Refund Column, and the Session Details column will show a strikethrough, as shown below.
