If you need to refund a participant from a programming course/camp you can do so by following the steps below. Currently, you are unable to do partial refunds (ie refund one out of 10 classes in a recurring program). You can, however, apply a credit for player to use at a later date. See Applying Credits in Programming, Camps, and Court Booking
For camps, you can refund individual sessions for a player within a camp program, see Canceling and refunding individual camp sessions.
Steps to complete a full refund:
- Open the "Programming" module from the left of the Serve Tennis admin area
- Select the category and course the participant is registered on
- Click of the name of the participant you will be refunding. If there were multiple players in one booking, both players will be refunded at once. You will not be able to refund only one player. If there is an Astrisk next to the player, the refund window has been exceeded.
- On the following screen click "Refund"
You will then be presented with a pop-up asking you to confirm the refund. Complete the confirmation and click "Yes"
In the Status box: If they have canceled, edit the status box to Cancel.
Please Note: If you have taken offline payments (e.g. Cash or Check) you will need to issue these refunds offline.
