Administrators can now raise a payment request against any booking with an outstanding balance. Only one payment request can be raised per booking, ensuring a clear and controlled payment process. Click here for steps on how to Record a (offline)Payment for a Court Booking.
Once the player has signed up for the court booking, you can send them a payment request with these steps:
- Go into the court booking module on the left side of Serve Tennis
- Then select the player's court booking in question
Here you can review the players court booking information
- An important thing to note is when the booking is set for 0$ but you need to charge the player. You will need to go into the player’s court booking and edit the price:
You will be able to customize what they be charged for:
- Once the price is added, click 'Add payment' at the bottom right:
- Review the information and once verified click 'Request Payment'
- The Transactions section will have a note that a payment request has been sent. You will only be able to send 1 payment request currently.

Once a payment request is sent, participants will automatically receive an email prompting them to complete their payment, with a convenient "Make a Payment" button available directly in the Court Bookings tab. The player will also be able to see the request on their profile:
- The player will click Make Payment or View details for more information on their booking or to cancel their booking:
- Once the player has paid, the status will update on their court booking page:
