Within Social Play and the Programming module you can control who can access your programs using the status setting, which contains the following options:
- Public: The program will be available to everyone and will appear on your website
- Direct Link Only: The program will not appear online, but you can share a direct link with individuals you would like to invite to join.
- Hidden: The program will not be available to anyone, this setting is useful to use when making any changes to avoid any confusion.
- Archived: The program is no longer available at your facility and will be moved into your archived leagues listing.
