To manually add a player to a program, start from your Programming module. If you would like to bulk add players, please refer to How to Bulk Add Players to Programming
Select the program that you wish to add the player:
Then click on the program and select the session you would like to add the player to and click Participant Options.
You will have 4 choices:

Add Participant - this is when you only know their name and email address. It will not link with their USTA ID or WTN. To do that you will need to invite them to register to link their USTA ID.
Note: If it is a junior course then you will firstly need to enter the Parent / Guardian details first.
If the participant is an existing contact, then when you enter their name or email address their details will appear. If they are not saved within your contact records then you can select 'New Contact'.
You now need to enter the junior players details.

Bulk Add Participants - you will need the players USTA IDs to upload the players in bulk. See How to Bulk Add Players to Programming

Add USTA player - here there is a search bar where you can add the players individually but will link their USTA ID. You can search by player name but be careful to only select if you are sure it is the correct player. Select the player and then add player.

Add USTA player from team - this is built for the High Schools program. So you can search by high school teams.
In all options you can select if you would like to send them a booking confirmation email:
The player will now appear in the participant summary:
