To cancel a programming course, select the 'Programming' module from your admin menu in Serve Tennis.
The next screen will be your programming categories, select the correct category. This will list the courses you have created within the category.
To the right of each course in your listing you will see 'Options', select this and you can chose 'Edit Course':
You will now be taken to the course settings, if you scroll down to the bottom of your page, you have the 'Cancel course' option.
The following overlay will ask you to confirm cancellation, there is a text box which allows you to create a message that will be sent to registered participants.
Once you are happy with your message, select 'i confirm I want to cancel' and 'Yes'.
The next screen will be the course summary and the status of the course will now appear as 'Cancelled'
If you wish to cancel a session within a course, then again from the Programming module, select the category which will take you to a list of your active courses. To the right of the listing there is a blue 'Options', select this and you will have 'View classes':
You can now select the session that you wish to cancel:
Once you have selected the session, the defaults will open, if you scroll to the bottom you can select 'Cancel session'.
The following overlay will ask you to confirm cancellation. You have the option to send your participants an email explaining why the session has been cancelled and you also have the option to refund any participants that have paid online.
Once you have completed your message, select 'I confirm I want to cancel' and 'Yes'.
You will return to the session defaults. You can use the breadcrumb at the top of the screen to navigate back to your active course listing :
