If you wish to withdraw from a tournament the following steps will outline how to do this. Online withdrawals are only allowed before entries close for a tournament, no charge will be made to your card if this done before the registration close date.
If the tournament deadline has passed contact the Tournament Director to assist you with your withdrawal and any applicable refund based upon their policy, the refund process is at the discretion of the Tournament Director. How to Withdraw from a Tournament
- Visit USTA.com and click SIGN IN.

Sign in to your USTA Account.
- Choose one of the sign-in options, input your credentials, and sign in.
- If you need help with signing in, please refer to the USTA Account Troubleshooting Tips.

Access the Profile tab.
- Once you are logged in, click on the User Icon on the top right-hand corner.
- Click on Profile from the drop-down menu. This will bring you to the Profile Tab.

Manage the Tournament.
- Click on the Schedules tab in your profile. This will show your list of upcoming and completed tournaments.

- Click on the MANAGE button for the tournament the payment request is for. This will bring you to the My tournaments page.
Access the tournament details.
- Click VIEW to access the tournament details.
- If you are withdrawing prior to the event registration deadline you can withdraw by clicking Withdraw. Click here for more instructions to withdraw.
- If you are withdrawing after the registration deadline you can Request Withdrawal. Click here for instructions to request a withdraw.
How to Withdraw before Registration closes

- Click Withdraw to withdraw from the event.

Confirm Withdrawal
- Once Withdraw is clicked, an overlay box appears with a confirmation box. To confirm, click on the red WITHDRAW box.

Review the Withdrawal Confirmation
- You will then get a confirmation page that you have successfully withdrawn from the event and an email will be sent to you.
- No charge will be made on your card as you have withdrawn before the registration deadline. You must withdraw from all events individually if you wish to.

Review the Tournament Details (Optional).
- Click VIEW to access the tournament details and review the withdraw message.
- Please Note: If you withdraw from an event, this can not be undone. You will need to register again for the event if you withdrew prior to the registration deadline.
How to Withdraw after Registration closes

- Click Request Withdrawal.

Confirm your withdrawal request
- Clicking on this will open the contact box, where you can contact the Tournament Director by clicking on the CONTACT button.

Contact the Tournament Director.
- Once you click CONTACT, an email request form will open. You will need to enter the reason why you are requesting to withdraw from the event then click Send.

Review the Email Confirmation.
- Once you have sent the request, you will get a confirmation screen as shown below.

Review the Tournament Details (Optional).
- Click VIEW to access the tournament details and review the withdrawal request message.
- If you withdraw from an event, this can not be undone. You will need to contact the Tournament Director directly if you submitted a withdrawal request.
