Matches can be scheduled on particular courts at each facility listed for your tournament. You will be able to manage the courts and matches in Tournament Desk-Schedule. The first step is to Configure Courts at a Facility for a Tournament - Order of Play This guide will show you how to do the following, click on the links below to direct you to the section in the article:

To Assign Courts

Auto Assign Courts method:
- To auto assign courts, from the Upcoming tab tick Auto Assign Courts. Then click Assign Court to move the match to a free court.

- To choose the court assigned 'Auto Assign Courts' should be ticked off. Slide/enable Auto Assign Courts. Then click Assign Court or Drag the courts to the ON COURT at the top. When turned on, the next available court will automatically be chosen for you. Rather than you choosing a specific court.
Courts assigned will show on the Tournament website in the draw once it is published.

To assign courts manually:
- Drag and Drop method Click the Upcoming tab or Unscheduled tab, Drag and drop the matches onto the appropriate court by clicking the six grab dots to the left. You will do this for each match and court, repeat for each day. To move matches in the table to another court, drag and drop within the appropriate box.

- After matches are scheduled, they will be listed under Upcoming. Matches not yet scheduled are listed under Unscheduled. To schedule, a match click the three dots under Actions and select Schedule Time. Once scheduled, the match will move into Upcoming.
To delete a match from a court:

- From the courts table, click the three dots in the tip right of the match. Click Un-assign match to move match out of the court.

To Manually schedule matches in bulk or remove in bulk:
- Click on the check box next to the start time to select all the matches, you can filter by event, round, gender, etc.
- It will state the number of matches selected in the blue box.
- Click on the check box next to the start time to select all the matches, you can filter by event, round, gender, etc.

- Click on set match time

- Here you will schedule the time, date, and location for all matches selected. You can clear all the schedules or change them in bulk.

To Publish the Order of Play to the Player Website
Once you have completed the order of play, you can then choose to publish to the player website so the players can see the order of play.
Note: For the publication of the schedule for the court assignments to display, it is required that the "facility" is Check On the public draw setting. To do this, in the EVENTS tab - click on Publish dropdown.

Note: It will show the details of the match - you can edit what is shown in the draw settings, see Create & Publish A Draw for more information.
To publish the order of play

- Once you are ready to publish, in the Schedules Tab in Tournament Desk.

- Click on Publish Order of Play
This will publish the order of play to the public tournament page. When published it will change to Unpublish order of play where if you wish to remove the view on the publish page, click this again.
Note: All matches scheduled will show in the order of play. It is not possible to publish one event or individual matches at present.
Other available features:
Send SMS Messages: You can send an SMS message to notify players about which courts they are playing on. The SMS will state John Smith versus Peter Hall are on Court 1 - Orlando Tennis Center at 8:00 am.
You can set this to auto send SMS by toggling the bar to show blue or send individually when ready as shown below. This will then send all the players an SMS automatically. If it is not toggled, you can choose to send the SMS message individually by checking the box next to their name and Send SMS.
Entering scores on the match
You can click on the three dots and select enter score. Once entered the match will be removed from the On Court.
If the match has finished and you are awaiting the score outcome, you can click on Await Score - this will move the match into completed and be shown as awaiting, once you get the score, click on completed and enter the score. This will also automatically update on the draws for the players to view.
Note: If you accidently mark a player with Await Score you can correct this by, clicking on the score - enter a score - press save. Then click on enter score again and clear score. This will place the match back into upcoming.
Enter Suspension points
To enter suspension points - click on the three dots on the match in question and in the drop down select enter suspension points. This works the same way you would enter in the draw. How To Add Suspension Points
Moving a match back to Upcoming after completed
If a match is moved to the Awaiting Score or Completed tab in error, it can be moved back into the Upcoming tab by clicking the three dots, click Enter Score, Clear Score, and then Save and Close. You can now reassign the court/match.
