You can communicate via email with players who have joined your venue. You can send emails with attachments to your contacts through the Contacts, Programming, Court Booking and Membership Module.
Sending attachments in different modules works slightly differently, see below for which module you are using.
Please Note: Emails will NOT be sent to junior contacts, their main contact will receive any emails sent.
To be able to send emails you must have full admin rights, or contacts or membership admin rights.
The programing module
Select the particpants you wish to email, you can do this in bulk or individually by checking the box then selecting the email icon as below.
This will open the email box. To add an attachment - document or hyperlink, click on the hyperlink box.
The overlay will appear. To add a file, first enter what the document should say in the Display Text, then you will click on the Browse Library.
This will open your File Library. You can upload the document if it not already there, by clicking on Upload or select the document you wish to upload and the
Once your document is in the File Library you can select the file by clicking on it and then click Choose.
Then click OK and it will add the document to your email.
Complete your email and then press send.
The email will look something like the below. I have added an image. Remember, you don't need to add to names, it will automatically enter in the particpants name.
